Insurance Information

We accept all Australian and pre-approved International Health Funds, and Workers Compensation/Third Party Insured patients for consultations and surgeries. If surgery is recommended, the item numbers for surgery will be provided and will need to be confirmed that you Health Fund or Insurer will approve the use of these item numbers.

For Workers Compensation/Third Party Insured patients, pre-approved by your Insurer and the approval letter sent to office when the appointment is made. If pre-approval is not available, you will be required to pay out-of-pocket the consultation fees and surgeries.

Medicolegal consultations are welcomed by Dr Kam and Dr Li. The cost of the consultation and the preparation of the report must be pre-paid before report is released.
